Breakfast is served in a buffet style.
The standard rooms are equipped with air conditioning, shower or bath, king size or single size bed, hairdryer, LCD TV with 6-language TV programs, coffee and tea set, 2 extra pillows for guests' convenience, telephone,  minibar, safe, free WI-FI.

Rooms of economy category fulfill basic needs for a low-cost client. These rooms are equipped in a simple and functional style with their own bathroom.

Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14.00 until day of departure to 12.00

Cancellation policy:

Accommodation cancellation:
• untill 31.8.2018 there are no cancellation fees
• from 1.9.2018 untill 15.9.2018 cancellation fees are 50 % from the cancelled order

• from 16.9.2018 cancellation fees are 100 % from the cancelled order

 

The Course Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: secretariat@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted. Appropriate refunds will be made after the Course.

Reservation and Payment of accommodation for Live surgery or Video session -

Please reserve your accommodation when you register online. We request you to pay the accommodation within 7 days of your reservation. Your reservation after sending your registration we consider it binding. The paid accommodation will be booked at your hotel's reception desk.

 

Reservation and Payment of accommodation for Hands-On Course -

We recommend not to pay the accommodation untill you will receive acceptance of registration for the Course. After confirmation by the organizing committee we request you to pay the accommodation within 7 days of your reservation. Your reservation after sending your registration we consider it binding. The paid accommodation will be booked at your hotel's reception desk.

 

Accommodation rates are quoted including 15% VAT.

Refunds

Cancellation in the period without cancellation of fees - a one-off administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from your paid payments. Payment will be returned to your account.
