Cancellation policy:
Registration fee and accommodation:
• untill 31.8.2018 there are no cancellation fees
• from 1.9.2018 untill 15.9.2018 cancellation fees are 50 % from the cancelled order
• from 16.9.2018 cancellation fees are 100 % from the cancelled order
Refreshment and social program
• untill 5.9.2018 there are no cancellation fees
• from 6.9.2018 untill 16.9.2018 cancellation fees are 50 % from the cancelled order
• from 17.9.2018 cancellation fees are 100 % from the cancelled order
The Congress Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: sekretariat@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted. Appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
Refunds
Cancellation in the period without cancellation of fees - a one-off administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from your paid payments. Payment will be returned to your account.
